  Personal, recovery-process FOR continued "Living" & Life. After a 'change' in feeling's &/or emotion's? See, 9th Step, second-haft. And, "Awakening" in the 12th Step. These, sugessted Guide's allow for a 'switch from secular to an internalized "faith" beyound, black & white. "Amends" & those "I" can't make (estranged) for my Health. And, NOT- dump-On...! to feel-Better.... living in 'recovery' those Character & Short-coming's (6th & 7th) to put, into relationship OF doing the 4th Journal/Inventory (writing)... After, being introduced to: WERE (was) Powerless....power-greater then ourselve's in the EA program...NOT, what we beleived (before) did'nt-work or help... deal with "Life" issues"
