About Emperor City Motorcade

A five piece, NYC band whose new self-titled CD is now available on iTunes features a catalog of dynamic, atmospheric songs often reminiscent of vintage English '70s rock,but with a modern twist all their own.

Formed in 2007, Emperor City Motorcade consists of lead singer Alex Curran, keyboardist Vincent Capolupo, guitarist Jonathan Pointer, bassist Tom Guinan and drummer John Melissinos.

Recent shows include Bowery Ballroom, Gramercy Theater, Mercury Lounge, Studio @ Webster Hall and Santos' Party House, with lots more to come including radio appearances, an east coast tour and a new video. With captivating live performances that feature a wide range of musical textures, stunning instrumentals and soulful lyrics, Emperor City Motorcade is truly a band on the rise.
