The American Democracy Institute, is a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) organization, was founded on the belief that given the opportunity, information and resources, young people can be a powerful force for social and political change in our democracy. We are dedicated to engaging, educating and empowering a new generation of Americans that will expand the circle of opportunity, equality and justice. To that end The American Democracy Institute (ADI) holds events throughout the country to engage citizens, educate activists, and develop leaders. Why ADI?We think its What's Right, not Who's Right that matters. That on many issues we are able to find the common ground our leaders seem unable to even approach. Why wait for our leaders to act? Why shouldn’t we be out working to solve problems in our own communities? There's no prerequisites for being an agent of change, we don't need to be politicians, high-powered business people, or anything but ourselves. ADI works to empower people aged 16-40 to have the inspiration, instruction, and inclusion they desire. Empower Change
