About me:
The Empowered Fe Fes is a support and action group of young women with any kind of disability ages 13 to 24. We come from different racial and ethnic communities all over Chicago.
"Fe Fe" is slang for "female".
The Fe Fes meet two Saturdays a month and discuss issues that are important to us. We figure out how to support each other and what we can do as a group to make our lives better.

Who I'd like to meet:
Girls in Special Ed programs, Deaf girls, girls with physical disabilities, girls with mental illness, Girls with ADHD etc. etc..
And all folks that want to support us.
