yeah TEX: I know the concept of getting your tunes down and done and then be able to work on the next series. the 1st CD was social and political based This one is more Shit kicking fun and upbeat The next is I don't know. it seems my newer tunes that I am working on is very different then my pass tunes. Damn been trying to talk with you and we have just been playing phone tag. great about your gig in Fredrick. I seen some Great shows and talent in that area. one of the best guitar players I ever met was from that area a guy by the name of Demetri Callas,who was one of the 4 seasons many years ago, also Danny gatton and Roy Buchanon playe around the DC area as well. I think there was a club called Bojangles in the old days. Well I am opening at the Sumitt for chaz and the Sandcrawler this coming Thursday. It will the 2nd real gig of the year. Wow this year really sucked on a perormanc end. But I a hoping I'll get some more gigs and drive up some momentum for next year. Been writing a lot of new tunes and wroking on my new CD. REALLY leroy has been doing all the work. He is the most focussed guy I ever seen with a project of this nature.
TEX: I performed at a Dylan tribute and did 3 tunes. Percy's song, God on our Side and a tune he recorded in 1962 but never released until 2006 a tune that he did not write, that was a old folk tune, by the name of DINKS song. yeah I know that was one of your show stopper melodies. But some one had to do it!! had a blast take care
