The Enchanted Ball at Music Hall -- Vendor Information
LOCATION
The Grand Ballroom of Music Hall on Elm Street in beautiful historic Over-the-Rhine!
HOURS
Friday October 31, 2008 8:30pm-1:30am
SET-UP/REMOVAL
Vendors/crafters may check-in beginning at 6p.m. Friday evening. Tear down will start promptly at 1:30a.m.
SECURITY
Booths must be attended during all hours. Music Hall will provide security officers for the event. Still, Aquarius Star and Music Hall are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
EXHIBITOR REQUIREMENTS
• We are only offering vending to the first 30 fully paid vendors.
• Music Hall will provide 1 large table and 2 chairs per vender. Space is limited.
• Exhibitors are advised to carry their own insurance, Aquarius Star and Music Hall will not be responsible for any accidents or merchandise loss.

During the days of Halloween, as the evenings draw near, the veil between the worlds is lifted. This seeming barrier turns from a nearly impassable web to one you can cross over with ease… but only if your soul is haunted by a pinch of adventure. Be warned though… once you step through this threshold there is no turning back!
For those who would rather not walk this ethereal labyrinth alone, we invite you to immerse yourselves into the best of both worlds with us. Experience our Enchanted Ball, hauntingly housed within the walls of Historical Music Hall, Friday October 31st.
As you prepare for your twilight journey this season, a few simple guidelines may help you on your way. Throughout the centuries it has been found that your ability to blend with the locals may prove advantageous during encounters with these magical runic creatures. So dress is your eerie best... you may so finely impress them, they elect you King or Queen of the Ball!
Now that you are a part of this fantastical arrangement, let yourself go a bit. The world you know will come back soon enough. Take the time to discover the local customs and taste their exclusive cuisine, converse with statues and dance with shadows, browse the market place for survival supplies or souvenirs, and enjoy music and melodies not likely to be heard anywhere this side of the river Styx!

The Enchanted Ball is guaranteed to provide you with an extraordinary evening of unearthly entertainment and to inspire a grand appreciation for our local history and our current talents. The entertainment and artistic history of Cincinnati is what crowned this city as Queen. However it is very important not to rest on our past success. The founders of CR&PS will be in attendance conducting guided tours of rarely seen corners of this fascinating and mysterious building, educating guests on some of the more bizarre and unexplainable occurrences in Cincinnati Music Hall’s past. Followers may even be lucky enough to encounter a true visitor from beyond the veil while lurking through these crooks ... it wouldn’t be the first time.
Cincinnati Research & Paranormal Studies (CR&PS) was founded by a group of friends who discovered that they shared an interest in the paranormal. Since then, the CR&PS team has traveled to over 8 states to investigate many haunted locales, including Waverly Hills Sanatorium, Lemp Mansion, the former West Virginia Penitentiary, Gettysburg, and several local private residences and businesses. This fall, CR&PS will be the first group allowed to investigate the historic Music Hall and Memorial Hall buildings in downtown Cincinnati. CR&PS is dedicated to investigating, documenting, and researching claims of the paranormal. Our mission is to capture physical evidence, via audio and video equipment, in order to explain or disprove reports of paranormal activity.

The Enchanted Ball begins well outside of Music Hall. Attendees and public alike will be lured in by an enormous array of Street Performance. One is then drawn to the stairs ahead which spiral upward towards the grand ballroom. Watch as all the autonomous creatures and characters inside begin to synchronize their activities until they culminate into a fully unbound production at the apex of the event. The entwined and entangled story keeps the visitor guessing as to who is acting and who is just there for the ride. Aerial and Theatric Performances by Jamming Talent Productions.
Also featuring Dangerous Feats of Flame and Sultry Tribal Dance by Dante's Gypsy Circus. These lovely ladies and gentlemen will amaze and entertain you as you walk up to the majestic music hall, bringing street performance back to historic over the rhine with specialization in fire arts and tribal belly dance.
Live Musical Acts are interwoven into this evening affair, ensuring there will be something for all walks of life. Local DJ Artists will spin to break out your rigor mortis, providing atmospheric melodies which will possess you to waltz, swing, jive and wail!.
There will be plenty of Regional Merchants on hand providing everything from local crafts to a full spread of psychic arts and healing. Don’t forget to stop by the Ballroom Bar for a refreshing swig during your long journey and grab some free succulent edibles catered by locals as well.
But most importantly, we can’t ignore the magnificent beauty and history of Music Hall itself. CR&PS will be giving Haunted Tours of Music Hall. CR&PS will be the first Paranormal Research Team allowed to conduct true Paranormal Investigations at this location. The tours are $10.
