My Beautiful Momma who went to heaven too soon, who taught me about love and sacrifice for your family! I also always remember her singing a beautiful hymn. It always lifted my heart. To me she was the most beautiful singer in the world and the most soothing. My daddy because he stood by my momma's side until she went to heaven and then still had to be a pillar of strength for all of us girls(my sisters Heather and Heidi were 9 years old, and my sister Kelly who was 17 years old! He also taught me NOT to lie...no matter what the cost!!! (He also gave me the tools in life to raise my son to be a true gentleman! A rarity these days.) Then my father remarried and now I also have 3 younger brothers!) My step mother is an awesome woman and has shown me how to persevere through the hard times in life. She has been in my life nearly as long as my real mother has and I love her dearly. My step-mom Sharon who through all of my hard times has loved me and showed me what it is to hang in there when times are tough!!! ! My Grandma Keith who told me to always read a Psalms and Proverbs everyday, My Grandpa McPhearson who was a preacher and baptized me in a river when I was 16 years old and also gave me wise words when I became a teenage mother! He did not judge me and he told me that if someone does, to hand them a stone and tell them "That he who hath not sin may throw the first stone!" Also because he taught me how to truly worship God!!! I can remember when I was younger going to church with him and even though he might of sung off tune, he was always the loudest! I loved that about him!!! I've been blessed with awesome role models who have always been there for me when times are tough!!! My sister Kelly for overcoming obstacles that most could not conquer, my sister Heather who has just graduated college as a paralegal, and now is going on to Northern Illinois University while raising her son on her own and is still waiting for Mr. Right, not just settling for the first man to come along, and my sister Heidi who had a baby while still in High School and graduated and then went on and graduated college after marrying and having three more beautiful babies! All three of my sisters are wonderful mothers and to me that is the greatest accomplishment of all!!! My baby brother Chris is my shining light, I love him with all my heart! My son Johnny who has never given up on life when I know he has felt like life has given up on him!!! Stay tough Johnny! Knuckles~Son!!! My little Ali who is the stars in the sky and the light in the day!!! She can always bring a smile to her mama's face! Both my kids can!!! They, along with God are my strength, my soul, my love, my life...They have given me more than a mother could ever ask...I love them like fat kids love candy, I love them like fish love water, I love them like the moon loves the sky, I love them like the grass loves the dirt, I love them like the rainbows love the rain. They are my shooting star's. They are Super, Super Special! Kinda like a double Rainbow...So beautiful!!! Thank you God, my Creator for them!!!

If God said I could leave my children but with one gift of myself, what would I leave...
.. It would have to be, The Legacy of Love. For if we have not love, we have nothing. Going through life I have been blessed with many things. As I look back and evaluate my life, I can honestly say I am a truly blessed woman. There are times I wish I could take my heart out and let others feel the heart that beats within me for it is so complete. I ask myself as I look at this world around me filled with so much hatred and anger how one woman could be filled with so much overwhelming joy that I can honestly say not a day goes by that I don't burst into laughter, no matter what the circumstances. Then the answer comes so simply to me, it is a joy that has came through the trials and tribulations of this lifetime and how can I not but be filled with a surpassing joy knowing that I have been loved and am loved and that no matter what I have faced or will face I am surrounded by love. Not only that, but I do Love. I love those around me. Sometimes this is very hard to explain, but I will even see a stranger in a mall or a homeless person on the street and have such a profound love for that person that my heart breaks for them. My heart breaks so much that I would do anything and everything in my power to make their circumstances better. I wish it was in my power to give every human being this kind of love. One thing I am sure of...My children will be blessed with overwhelming love!!! If I know nothing, this I know...I am loved...they show me this, each and every day...And one thing I know is true...They are so very very loved by their mother! God blessed me, when He blessed me with those two!!!
