About me: I have been an editor for 9 years and worked in a tape vault for 3 years prior to that. I started using Adobe Premiere 4 on a Mac and then transitioned to Discreet Logic *edit 5 on Windows NT. After spending time in the Windows world I returned to the Mac with Final Cut Pro and have been using that since Version 1.2, now on Version 6.0.2.
I am a member of the Los Angeles Final Cut Pro User Group. I have taken courses in After Effects and I am currently using and learning Apple Motion 3.0. In addition to editing, I am also a DVD Studio Pro 4 user as well as a constant user of Compressor and Cleaner 6 for web compression and lately for the Video iPod.
I recently won an Emmy for my work on the City of Burbank Show "Teens in Action".

Yeah, that's me doing the steadicam thing, it was pretty effing awesome. Especially since i watched a feature on how it was used to great effect in Children of Men.
