Born in Seattle, Washington, currently based in Los Angeles, CA., Nicholis Washburn is the founder of NWE-Management. This Los Angeles based, grassroots built company provides nurturing support & networking resources for the independent music community, & has grown to include music & artists from all genres.
During the of Summer 2006, Nicholis became Editor-in-Chief for a Los Angeles publication called "The Immigrant". http://www.immigrantmagazine.com/experience.htm, overseeing much of the daily routine & occasionally interviewing community leaders for featured stories.
His involvement with emerging businesses led him to become a member of the Young Professionals Global Network, where his is a current & active member.
Nicholis' involvement in the music industry has had him assisting Bobby Borg with the promotion of his book “The Musician's Handbook”, partnering with professionals such as Dave Tough and Steven Leavitt on a wide variety of projects, & helping dozens of up & coming artists make connections to help further their careers.
Nick in the past also has volunteered at the Heart Of Los Angeles, an organization that benefits children and youth in the inner-city and been a member of the Los Angeles chapter of the National Association of Recording Arts and Sciences, Los Angeles Music Network.
