“Music verges upon the connectivity of people; because, when it’s honest, it is the revelation of something we believe and feel out there in the open. A conduit between the soul and the world around us, if you will. Our hearts have settled inside (a God) greater and more wonderful than ourselves, and if we can even begin to express that to people and they begin to understand, we have been allowed to accomplish something.”
Joe is from Richmond, VA

We play loudly, we play softly, we play in the dark and we play in the light. We play beneath a God who has proven Himself purpose, reality, and hope to each one of us. We hope you will listen, and we hope our melodies can encourage, provoke thought, and share passion.

I just got home from yet another uplifting, and enchanting show at Living Word. I am so joyous. I needed to tell you. You're my number one inspiration. I would be so much closer to hell if it weren't for Laura and Joe. And until I grow closer to Ben, he's a real nice friend. (: I was given a Bible, and a free CD from one of the boys in A New Shade Of This tonight. After a good conversation, the vocalist wrote in it. I simply came home and prayed over this Bible. I have shed tears tonight that needed to be rid of. I'm so glad they were shed because of passion and love an not because of anger and frustration. Out of all of the things that you have told me over the past few years, I have recently held on to what Joe had said the last time we were all together. "I dare you to challenge yourselves. I dare you to fill that void in your heart. I dare you to find the meaning of truth." I have not forgotten, however I have yet to attempt a search. But that will change tonight. I am aware my promises are building and turning into more and more lies. I do appologize greatly, do forgive me? I just need to be surrounded by inspiration and there is none here. That is why I crave shows at LW so badly. I stand there absorbing with my ears and my heart. I do. It is enough, but it only lasts until there is no more reminders and there is a new day with new challenges. I only wish I could be with you, to learn and truly absorb all that you've taught me. I need your love. Ah well, I hope all is well for you three. WE NEED TO SEE EACH OTHER SOON! Hit me up and let me know when you'll be back in town. I'm due for another dose of Endeavor The Seas. Haha.
