I have recently acquired a taste for Middle Eastern music through my sister and son's insistence. In furthering that, along with my newfound craving for foreign cultures, I've been listening to a lot of world music, both modern and traditional.
Classical: requiems (especially Braham's and Faure's), choral pieces, symphonies, and piano sonatas; Beethoven, Chopin, Debussy, Schonberg; Russian State Chorus, Vienna Boy's Choir, Choir of King's College, etc.
