Astma started in 2001 as a side project to Stroma. Astma is an EBM oriented band with focus on the old school sound.

In November 2009 Astma will contribute on a 4 CD-box compilation called “Old School Electrology Volume I”. This box made by Electro Aggression Records (EAR)/Cop International will feature 72 all exclusive tracks, 3 revamped demo tunes never before released on CD, and 6 exclusive remixes by la crème de le crème of the old school scene.
