About me:

I am now, after two years of campaigning, the new Judge of the 151st Civil District Court of Harris County (Houston) Texas. I am a husband and father. I am a partner in a midtown Houston law firm. I coach little league, and I am fluent in Spanish as well as English. As a litigator practicing in this county for the past 13 years. In general, I want to be known as a judge who will do the right thing, and a judge that I would want to practice in front of. I never want an attorney or litigant to leave my courtroom thinking that they were not heard, that their point of view was not considered, or that the outcome was result oriented. Efficiency will be a touchstone of my court, but fairness will never take a backseat to judicial economy.
