Yes indeed, Ted taught me for many years! What a blessing to have been able to known him. What a genius!

Ah the inevitable Yngwie question... I will go on record and say "of course" who could not escape his contributions and amazing technique but I will also say as much as I think his playing is utterly mind blowing, amazing etc... etc... he did not really influence my style so to speak. Just as he appeared on the scene here in LA in the mid/late 80's I was already kind of tired of players who were shredding a 100 notes p/minute. But hey that's just me... LOL
