    Engineers in Your Ear - FAQ Who and where are Engineers in Your Ear (E.Y.E)? Engineers in Your Ear (E.Y.E) are a two person Hip Hop influenced ensemble based out of Los Angeles, California. Both members, Paul Belacé aka Purposeflo and Kyle Richardson aka Kylo Rich are producer/emcees. Together they write all songs from scratch- writing, playing, mixing and engineering all aspects of their music independently within their creative process. What does E.Y.E sound like? Engineers in Your Ear (E.Y.E) represent music listeners that are currently mixed in, unheard or jumbled together. E.Y.E. has discovered that their fans come from different music genres. Many fans listen to multiple styles of music. Listeners of E.Y.E listen to music artists as varied as Sublime, to Rhymesayers artists like Grieves, to Rap, to Dubstep, and even to old R&B like Bill Withers & Otis Redding. Others have fallen in love with the original melodies and harmony not present in some other styles. It is amazing that while E.Y.E. is based around a hip hop expression, many people who do not generally like rap/hip hop are major fans of E.Y.E's poetic version of the music. Mission Statement: To write music and lyrics from heart and soul. To not be confined in any predefined genre of music, as the potential of music is infinite. To stay on a path of progression of society and mind through sentences weaved with melodies. It matters not what music came before or what music will come in the future, or any labels or names placed upon it. But rather, the only thing that matters in E.Y.E music is the honest expression of this moment.
