Influences
Lots and lots of bands, and musicians influence us. Even stuff we hear in the news or see happening in front of us influences us. We admire local bands a lot. I personally admire indie bands for their amazing talent, orginallity, and creativity. But when it all comes down to influences, I believe it is you who influences us the most.
It's 2008 now.
And now that the year of 2007 is over, I can tell you this...
I don't know.
Last year was great for us.
We accomplished so much, and got through a lot.
Recorded in the studio, made a video, played 3 shows.
One was BOTB, but whatever.
This year...
Bright seems to be the last thing on the list.
Actually, I'm not even sure it's even on the list.
Because, to be honest with you...
I'm not even sure we're going to be together.
We're all...elsewhere.
I enjoyed the company of the members,
and would still Love to make music with them, cause yeah...
at times, we had a connection.
We shared thoughts on the same wavelength.
Now we've got, no singer, Mackenzie Leigh [a solo project], and Killing Pluto.
I mean hey, I really haven't been able to talk to Mackenzie about this at all, but I think this may be it...
We still might make music together, but most likely not on this name.
The seed was planted,
it went into bloom,
and now it's finally withered away.
Our time together was great.
I Loved it.
Sure we had...stressing moments, but what band doesn't?
It's part of what makes a band, a band.
So, looking back on these two and a half years, I thank you for sticking along for the ride.
Thank You Jaymee, and Keeby. You put up with us for so long.
Thank You Adam. You're amazing at what you do.
Thank You Stew. Watch out for GNC, man.
Thank You KCo. Never stop dreaming.
Thank You anyone, and eveyone, who made all this possible.
It's been great.
but I think it's finally come to a hault.
Again, thank you...
Enigma Surfacing.
A Few of us have gone elsewhere...

aww man good times guys thanks for the years of fun and fire and blisters shows arguments everything was so fun i felt alive when we jammed oh well fuck it
No problem man. Glad I could help you out in some way.
Sorry to hear about the band splitting up. I know how you feel, I've been there before myself. But the important thing is that you're still playing music, so that's definitely a positive.
Best of luck to you and the new project, and definitely let me know how it works out.
Hey guys (and girls), thanks again for hooking us up, we had a really fun time and it was great to finally catch you live!!!! Hopefully we'll cya around sometime!
So about my new found groupiness, when you guys are on the road just know that when you need comforting, my bed is always available for you guys, cept sam, cause well you know....incest is wrong.
i'm not whining. i'm just saying your music is absolute garabage. drop D. okay. drop the first string, from the standard E tuning. not that hard to figure out. and by tune, i mean fine tune. like making sure all the strings are in lieu with each other.
well you'd be a huge hit with them 3rd graders, Joe. i suggest you go back to elementary school to make some record sales.
and for this band, "everyone under," the band name is probably the only good thing about it. they haven't even had one practice yet. there is no amazing music. just about as much music as "enigma surfacing" has put out. not to mention just plain noise.
i know what grow the fuck up means. you don't have to ask that. this is what i do in my spare time. that is, pissing people off. picking out their insecurities. maybe you are a little upset about the recording quality of your music. or the simple fact that you truely don't understand the true meaning of "enigma." i mean, you care so much as to put the html code to make what you say about the defition small. think your sly? think your cool? i sure don't, but i just want to enlighten you on a couple facts.
an enigma is not just a riddle. and it's certainly not a problem. it is often associated with "a closed book." or a secret or mystery. it is a cognitive state of thinking. something that baffles the human mind, but is incapable of being figured out. like why i am even wasting my time so much as to think of ways to put it for your simple brain.
Hey, it's me again! How've you been? I've been pretty busy, made a new song (it's on my page) and I've got a show comin up on July 14th, but otherwise same old stuff here lol. So what's new with you? Hit me back, let me know what you've been up to! -E
