La musica che sentite nelle tracce che ho proposto è stata composta in periodi diversi e per formazioni diverse, poi quando ho pensato di realizzare un progetto da solo (nel senso che ho suonato e/o programmato tutto da me) ho riarrangiato questi brani a cui ero particolarmente affezionato, cercando di dare loro un senso comune ed un suono coerente al progetto.
Con il senno di poi adesso cambierei alcune cose sia degli arrangiamenti ma sopratutto del missaggio, non dimentichiamo però che è pur sempre una produzione "casalinga".
Fatemi sapere il vostro parere, chissà che non mi venga voglia di rimetterci le mani!
Poi ci sono due brani che sono stati registrati live in studio, Maha Bratha che è un mio progetto di musica d'improvvisazione e Nutbush city limits che è un pezzo di Ike e Tina Turner ed è il primo 45 giri che i nostri genitori ci hanno regalato (da piccoli)

Sono nato a Padova nel Giugno 1962, ed ho iniziato a suonare a sei anni, opero nel settore musicale dall'83 sia in qualità di strumentista che di arrangiatore in diverse collaborazioni, sia Italiane che Internazionali.
L'esperienza maturata suonando a livello internazionale in tutta Europa mi ha portato, una volta ritornato in Italia e stabilitomi a Roma, a cimentarmi anche nella veste di produttore discografico, collaborando con la prestigiosa etichetta GALA, in Italia e con LabelBleu e VERVE in Francia.
Nell’ ambito Jazz ho prodotto e realizzato CD di artisti quali Enrico Rava, Roberto Gatto, Maurizio Giammarco, Franco D'Andrea, Umberto Fiorentino, Enrico Pierannunzi, Romano Mussolini,(con quest'ultimo ho suonato in due diverse tournees ).
Gli Artisti Jazz stranieri che ho prodotto o con cui ho collaborato sono: Dizzy Gillespie, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Paul Bley, Richard Galliano, Crystal White e molti altri.
Varie anche le collaborazioni nella musica leggera, come quelle con Mia Martini, Tullio De Piscopo, Rossana Casale, Pooh, Mango, Gegè Telesforo, Roberto Ciotti, Oro.
In qualità di "artista", oltre alle numerose tournees e concerti, ho partecipato con il mio progetto “Bass Revolution” alle edizioni '89 e '90 del prestigioso festival "Umbria Jazz" ed alla tournee teatrale, che con il gruppo Bassplycity, mi ha portato a suonare nei più bei teatri d'Europa.
Recentemente sono entrato nel gruppo mito degli anni sessanta I GIGANTI, con i quali ho gia all’attivo tre tournee e la registrazione di un nuovo album in studio, oltre a numerose apparizioni TV.
Attualmente sto suonando anche con i Santacatterina Brothers, insieme a mio fratello Carlo (hammond) e mia sorella Cilla (back vocalist), accompagnati da Maurizio dal Gesso alla batteria.
Oramai da parecchi anni uso esclusivamente amplificatori Hughes & Kettner, oltre alla nuova chitarra "The Handle" della XOX Audio Tools tutta in fibra di carbonio!!!.

I was born in Padova in June 1962, i started my journey in music business in 1985 in various musical collaboration, in Italy and around Europe.
In the early days, former member of the band named FARD, then renamed VENICE, I've several singles published on EMI e CGD label,"Chiamami da Tokyo" hit N.1 on the dance charts also thanks to intensive Tv appearance and Radio airplay.
After a couple of years spent touring Europe with differents bands, I decided to get back in Italy and to live in Rome , focusing on the records business, working for prestigious Jazz label GALA, in Italy and LabelBleu e VERVE in France.
Here I produced and published cds of a number of Italian Jazz artists like: Enrico Rava, Roberto Gatto, Maurizio Giammarco, Franco D'Andrea, Umberto Fiorentino, Enrico Pierannunzi, Romano Mussolini, as well as international Jazz Artists like Dizzy Gillespie, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Paul Bley, Lee Konitz, Richard Galliano, Crystal White and many others.
Various are also the collaborations in the Italian Pop music scene with artits like Mia Martini, Tullio De Piscopo, Rossana Casale, Pooh, Mango, Gegè Telesforo and lately Oro.
I was lucky enought to raise top 10 in the Scandinavian charts with the Swedish danceband Arvingarna.
With my own band I've partecipated to the '89 e '90 editions of the world famous festival "Umbria Jazz"
Four years ago I joined the historic Italian band “ I Giganti” an icon of the band from the sixties, touring Italy intensively during the summer and performing in various TV shows.
I'm endorser and proud supporter of Hughes & Kettner tube amps and “The Handle”, the all carbon fiber guitar by XoX Audio Tool.
I'm always looking for new collaborations and starving for live performances!
