Well the reason for me giving birth to enSOUL HEALth was because I used to be a food addict, meaning I used to eat all the foods that I knew wasn't good for me. I also started to experience dis-ease within my body system. My kidneys started to get weak and lose tone & my cells in my cervix were pre-cancerous. I had no choice but to fix these problems the best way I knew how. Cancer & a weak Kidney?? I wasn't having it!

I just didn't want to even imagine these two things happening to me. I questioned, how could I have possibly have ended up with weak Kidneys & pre-cancerous Cervix?

Through intense research I discovered that I had caused this, by the choices of foods I was eating. Other negative health conditions started to show their ugly heads. I had to take control and I definitely wasn't going down the western conventional synthetic road. I needed answers, and I needed them quick! Arghhhhh someone help me! I had to help myself.

I started to eliminate particular foods from my diet very quickly. I also stopped smoking & drinking!

This is a list of foods I eliminated from my diet:

White Sugar (Highly addictive - has pigs blood in it)

White Flour (Constipates)

White Rice (Robs you of your nutrients)

Table Salt (Sister to White Sugar & Water Logs Your Body)

Pizza (Junk)

Breakfast Cereals in the box (Full of White Sugar)

Ice-Cream (Full of Sugar & Bad Bacteria)

Cheese (Hard To Digest & Full of Bad Bacteria)

Butter (Hard To Digest & Full of Bad Bacteria)

Eggs (Would you eat the eggs I release each month?)

French Fries (Full of Hydrogenated Oil)

Chinese Food (Contains MSG)

Microwave Food (Radiation Food)

Fried Food (Empty Dead Food)

Coffee (Over Stimulates the Pancreas)

Crisps (Fattening)

All Cooked Food (Food Cooked Over 118F is Deadly Poison)

Chocolate (Full of White Sugar)

Frozen Foods (Old & Dead Food)

Mono sodium glutamate (in most seasonings, packaged food & chinese food)

Thank God I had the strength & the knowledge 12 years ago to give up animal flesh.

The time had come for me to admit that I was actually addicted to these food, I mean they used to taste sooooooooo good. But come on now, who in their right minds continues to eat food that is making them sick? I will call that digging your own grave, wouldn't you?

Well on 07-07-07. I stopped digging my grave and threw my shovel away, as far aways as possible. I then decided that I would do a 10 day fast on The Master Cleanse, which consists of Organic Maple syrup, Organic Lemons, Cayenne Pepper & Ionized water. This juice became my food & my best friend. I also included Laxateas & Salt flushes which eliminated the waste. I didn't know I had so much to eliminate until....... ok I will stop right here!

Well folks I have completed my 40 day challenge! I am now eating right for my blood type the vegan way. For further information about this send me an email to ensoulhealth@yahoo.co.uk. I have been feeling so good eating this way. I am still eating Raw Food, but I am finding it very difficult to eat Raw Food in the cold, so now I have incorporated a little food heated under 118 F into my body system. I am still exercising and feeling this natural high everyday of my life. This is the way for me, without a doubt!

I must tell you this, I am feeling energized, focused, motivated and decided to make a business out of this way of being (lifestyle).

My lower self has been put to rest & I can feel my higher self rising, and boy does it feel soooooooooo LOVEly. I don't want to keep this feeling to myself. My goal now is to help others to feel the same. Oh before I forget to tell ya'll! I have also lost a total of 22lbs. My skin is looking vibrant, my sleeps are sound and guest what? I am dreaming and remembering them when I wake!

As for me I do not want to ever loose this feeling that I am feeling inside. It is absolutely MAGIKAL!

I have been researching health & nutrition for a few years now and finally decided to make it really work for my life. If I hadn't of tried without cheating I would never ever of experienced the true benefits. Knowledge without application is entertainment. I was tired of entertaining myself and others. The Health Revolution began with myself.

We have learnt to accept that these health conditions are bound to happen to us all as we get older. NOT TRUE!! It is not normal to grow old with Diabetes, Arthritis, Cancer, Heart Disease, High Cholesterol, Fibroids, Alzheimer, Asthma, Lupus or Sickle Cell. The list of dis-eases that will effect us is endless.

I believe for every illness there is a cure in the Garden of Eden (filled with fruits, vegetable & herbs). Too many of our elders and now younger generation are dying of these dis-eases and they really don't need to. Only from the lack of knowledge do we perish!

So, now can you see why I had to start this project? Someone needed to become the guinea pig first to see if this health talk really works. I have met numerous of people who have healed their dis-eases just by eliminating particular foods and eating the right foods.

If you are sick of being sick, I am telling you, their is an answer, if you will only take the time to listen. If you are over weight or under weight, If you just generally want to eat & live a healthier lifestyle & if you are tired of always feeling tired, there is an answer for you. All it takes is for you to be dedicated and committed to seeing great results.! If I can do it, then any one can.

If you want to grow spiritually, the way is to be mindful about what you put into your body temple, some foods bless the body and some foods curse the body. Some foods will clogg your system up and some foods will help your system to breathe! You can tell the difference, if you feel like you need to sleep or relax after a meal, then that food has just clogged your body, giving your digestive system a hard time to digest. If after eating a meal, you are able to run up a flight of stairs and down again, then that food has just giving you new breath and freedom to move!

I have found my niche and this is exactly it; being an example of total health & vitality and then teaching others to do the same. Imma make being healthy fashionable, as we all know, we like to follow fashion.
