For those of you who are in love with Britney Spears, read ‘em and weep, boys. It appears that Jason Trawick has popped the question to Spears, who has been a long-time friend since the two met back in 2006.

Back then, Trawick was representing Spears, while she was still married to Kevin Federline. After their breakup, Spears and Trawick still took a few years before taking things to the next level. She “announced” that he had given her a surprise gift this morning on Twitter…

Sources close to the couple confirmed today that Trawick proposed to her Spears last night over a private romantic dinner, presenting Spears with a Neil Lane engagement ring featuring a round stone that’s over 3 carats and pave diamonds on the band. Of course, she said yes. They will reportedly celebrate their engagement tonight at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas.
