Shane Cotee started Entide in early 2005 after playing guitar for 12 years and experimenting with electronic music for five years. The result is a combination of multiple musical influences across the world with an emphasis on atmosphere and energy. Some main influences include Entheogenic, Vibrasphere, many artists on Ultimae Records, and countless others like raison d'être and Enigma.
