LNS, Locious and Scholar, are the hottest Philadelphia indigenous rap duo. Locious and Scholar are first cousins and have been a group for 6 years. Best known for their lyrical prowless, uncanny chemistry, and powerful messages in their songs, LNS has become one of the East Coast's premiere independent acts. LNS is best known for their electric and contagious energized performances. They have performed all over the country and have been on tour in London. LNS Entertainment also hosts many local Philadelphia shows and headlines them as well. They have shared the billing ticket and stage with Beyonce, Plies, E Nes, Nina Sky, and many other talented acts. They possess a special uniqueness with their versatility by doing shows with DJ's, live rock, and live Jazz bands. Currently LNS has their own band called Hedzfalinoff.
Locious and Scholar were on Allen Iverson's ABK Music Group from 2003-2005. Since '05 LNS has galvanized a movement known as LNS Entertainment/Silhouette Army. They have successfully branded their logo, "The Silhouette". They are getting ready to launch their clothing in the first quarter of '09. They recently completed a video with Santalina, "Kick In The Door" which got over 300,000 views on Billboard.com, Windows Media.com, Bet.com, Singingfool.com. They have just completed and dropped their 4th mixtape/street album "God MC Chronicles'. The preceeding Mixtape, "Transition" was successful in it's own right (received rave review in Foundation Magazine).
LNS have recently been featured in Foundation Magazine (2x's), Next Magazine, WhoMag Television, Theflowlive.com, 215hiphop.com, allmusic.com, datpiff.com, hiphopdx.com, Hot2Def Television, and various other publications.
