Oh, rat under the floorboards of the universe, tell me, how can I obtain happiness in this life and in the life to come?
My dear human friend; happiness is not worth obtaining in this life nor the next. Happiness is an illusion placed in shallow pools of misunderstanding. The purpose of existence is consciousness, to be alive and breathing. You cannot experience life unless there is death. One cannot exist without the other. Death comes in many forms and should be embraced as the ultimate validation that life is real, continues on, and is recycled in endless, infinite forms. In this ever conflicitng duality we see the perpetual motion of existence that moves and breathes despite our apparent individuality. You are not you. You are me, and I am you. Happiness is a word associated with trivial chemical responses of comfort, emotional well being, and a sense of peace. To trully have these one must learn to enjoy all aspects of living. The good and the bad, the pain and the pleasure, the sorrow and the joy, for they are one and the same thing. You must learn to be just as comfortable inside yourself alone in the snowy woods far from home as you are when you get back inside to the warmth of a fire that is surrounded by good friends and family. Inside of you is the secret, the mystery, the godhead so unkowable you will only complicate yourself trying to understand yourself. Think not to make yourself happy, think rather to be content with the unknown and the unknowable. Let MYSTERY envelope you in her mists and relax...ride the spiral wherever it decides to take you.
Capitalist Punishment for Santa Tis the season once again of trampled bargain shoppers, increased rates of suicide, mindless consumerism, debt, molestation, and alcohol abuse.
Never teach your children to want things they do not need! Ignore this holiday season and save your money for the basic needs during the coming economic hardships.
Think before you support mindless want, waste, and decadence.
This season, stop buying presents for your children and each other. Think about why this activity is destructive to society and your children's future.
yeah, came across the guitar at a yard sale in PG. Had no idea it was yours until Charne' told me. Her mom had gotten rid of it at a yard sale and then I found it at another yard sale without knowing where it came from. I had so much fun with it. Very nice shrooms. I just got some BTW.
