About me:

Born in Belgium, I moved to the States when I was three. My first language was Sicilian, as my family of origin was from Grotte,Sicily. I grew up in Northwest Indiana with a passion for creativity, art and music. I became a hairstylist when I was 19, where I worked and managed salons for 10 yrs. Moving to the St. Louis area followed where I started and ran my own salon for another 10 yrs. Landing in Salisbury led me to buying and running Beanies Coffee House, a business of a different kind and rekindled my passion for music, while keeping a foot in the hair biz. I later started and ran a music venue at Chesapeake Ceramics. I now own and operate Enza's Organic Salon on the downtown plaza, where I've incorporate my love for creativity, music, art, good coffee and meeting amazing people while working in a non toxic environment. ..

Once again, Jake Walden has shared something so very special. Take a moment and watch, listen. Hopefully his music will touch you in a very special way and you will seek out and embrace all that he has to give. Once you do, you will know, at that very moment that he is like no other...

Please share this with your friends... with love

In Jake’s words ~ “A Case of You”

"There are few songs that remain constants for me. This song is for my Mom who's birthday is this week. A Case of You along with so many Joni songs have been the bridge between us and helped in growing our friendship throughout my adult life. Blue, the album this is off of was a seminal piece of work in my Mom's life, and luckily it became the same for me. There really are no words to say how much this song means to me, as a writer, a singer and a hopeless romantic. I find it's meanings to be endless and I hope in this little moment, in that tiny room with that old microphone I was able to capture just that.

    Peace, Jake"

I put up more pics of your handiwork from the day after I got my hair done :)

I had no idea that you used to own beanie's. A couple of my slightly older friends have some good stories about that place. There is always good music playing when I walk in, not to mention it smells fantastic.

Hope to see you again soon, and loving the hair.

okay so i HAD to get my hair cut, because i looked like a dog no lie! lol but the women who did it totally messed up my bangs! she didn't cut them long enough, she missed a whole section of hair, and a smaller section of hair in the front!! on top of that she charged me ten dollars more than my sister, because i had "extra long hair" but she only cut off two inches and my sisters hair is two times longer than mine!! i was so mad once i realized all this, im never going back to her again.
i miss your salon so much, when i come home in like two years my first stop is to see you!!!
