I was born in Los Angeles, and have lived in California my entire life. I have a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Cal State Long Beach and a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from UCLA. I worked at the University of Southern California for over twenty years, in jobs ranging from library assistant to Government Documents Specialist to reference librarian to multimedia specialist.
I now run a small computer consulting business, CEO Consulting, with my husband, Chuck. We do a lot of work for the Infopeople Project.
When we're not working, we're often running or biking, and taking pictures with one of our digital cameras. I post a lot of those pics on Flickr. I also love to write, and currently I do a lot of that on our blog.
