ABATE of West Virginia’s Eastern Panhandle Chapter, based in Martinsburg,WV is a family oriented chapter that has made a vow to become involved with our community.
The Chapter has adopted a section of road on Rt.9 to help beautify our community. The chapter was also instrumental in the passing of Danny’s Law, this legislation increased the fines and penalties for reckless drivers that seriously injure or kill pedestrians, bicyclists, and
motorcyclists in our state.

ABATE is dedicated to educating the general public about motorcycle safety and awareness as well as teaching the general public how to get involved in the political
party of their choice and make a difference in our state and country through community and political activism.
