| About Epidemic |
Wailing guitar, thundering bass, pounding drums, and powerful vocals; this is the heart and soul of rock and roll, and therefore, the essence of a new rock powerhouse: Epidemic.
Formed in the winter of 2006 by guitarist Shane Smallwood, a talented and versatile disciple of guitar greats like Randy Rhoads and Jimmy page, and bassist Jeff the Leprechaun, a rowdy and skilled irishman determined to be a bass guitar legend, Epidemic (then called Frankenstien.... and a multitude of other names) strove to carry the torch of a dieing art. After several lineup changes, Tom Wilt was added on drums, and brought with him rock solid beats and rhythem that only come with years of experience. Finally, Travis Jennings, with his powerful, gravely and sometimes growling voice, was hired to top off the group and provide lead vocals in mid 2007.
As of right now, the band is getting ready to record there album.
