November is national Epilepsy Awareness month.
Please take a couple minutes to add your voice to this MySpace Impact Awards forum discussion on the need for greater epilepsy awareness.

Last year, Autism beat out Epilepsy by a landslide. Don't let it happen this year too.

thank you Ilean for your support and all you and your help has done for people with epilepsy like me!! I'm 30 and was dignosed with epilepsy when I was 16! mine is hareditary. I'm at peace with it now and manage it with madication (one). but admit it's very difficult to deal with emotionaly at times. a couple of years ago I had 2 seizures back to back long story short, my meds needed to be changed because my brain chemestry changed i guess. I'm doing fine now. thank you for your comment. I would really like to help kids & or teens with epilepsy. do you know how I would go about that?

thanks,
Lisa
