Nearly anything we've listened to and liked... I don't really think railing off 200 names here is going to impress anyone, either you like it or you don't.
We'll try to update this page to something more useful in the near future...
Formed in September of 2003, Epistemic is a six piece band hailing from the Harrisonburg, Virginia area. We have focused extensively on writing original material, and are currently looking for additional venues at which to showcase our work. Our style features female vocals and is reminiscent of modern progressive metal ranging from Tool to Dream Theater, Lacuna Coil to Opeth.
All of our music is up on iTunes (and a bunch of other online music distributors). It would be awesome if you wanted to download a couple of our tracks - help us fund our next album! :)
We hope you're doing fine and want to let you know that there're some updates on our page :)
Feel free to listen to "Synaptogenesis" and "Enter Dystopia", taken from our latest album “X to the Power of Ten”! You’ll also find a little Making Off and there’s new merch available!!!
Hi friends!!! The fifth LANFEAR album is called "X to the Power of Ten" and it will be released on August, 22nd through Locomotive Records in Europe and on Sept., 9th in North America!

Hey!!! Can you please do us a huge favor and vote for us to play on the showcase stage at Cornerstone? It takes 1 minute to register and vote and it's free. Thanks sooo much!
Heres the link to the Cornerstone site.... www. cornerstonefestival. com/newbandshowcase/
We play a lot of notes. We have a lot of blast beats. We scream and make a lot of noise. Some think we don't play enough breakdowns. We wear men's jeans. We like naked chicks. Naked chicks like us.
