EQ Produktions is based in Richmond, Virginia and dedicated to bringing the kind of music here that makes you move. It originated when Jesse Pruitt and Michael Holderfield first met and discussed the prospects of teaming together their combined talents and know-how to get EQ on the map in downtown Richmond. On October 3, 2008… EQ went live thru MYSPACE and FACEBOOK. After locking down an initially successful show with their friends ALEX B and SONKIN; and then following it up with a sold-out Holiday Party featuring PRETTY LIGHTS and local Richmond favorites EXISTOR, EQ PRODUKTIONS has never stopped to look back… continuing to bring more excellent artists to RVA on the regular including but not limited to ORCHARD LOUNGE, PNUMA TRIO, ELIOT LIPP, OTT, EOTO, 2020SOUNDSYSTEM, BROTHERS PAST, FUTURE ROCK, BIODIESEL, TELEPATH, MJ PROJECT, CHRONICLES OF THE LANDSQUID, KILL THE NOISE, JUAN MACLEAN, OZRIC TENTACLES, BIG IN JAPAN, BASSHOUND, DAMN RIGHT, J. WAIL, MO2, TWO FRESH, PUSH, INDOBOX, DJ KRAMES and many more incredibly talented individuals.
