About me:

I am a person who reads a lot about world history and especially Celtic legends and ancient lore. I am most comfortable when exploring and documenting things. I collect all types of things and I really like bugs, just not in my mouth or biting me with their venomous bites. I love to sketch crazy hair brain ideas that I come up with in the middle of the night while sleeping and sometimes while I am awake and doing something mundane. I have animal friends as well as people. All my animals have come to me as rescues with the exception of the ponies whom I sought after for healing and work I was doing with a charity. They are non profit ponies and worth every penny I paid for them. They are my little contribution to a cause only a horse crazy child would understand. My animals are forever animals and I don't take an animal I don't think I can keep forever. Shit does happen though and so I try to keep an open mind that they really are not my animals and that I am just here to help them as they really had no choice as to whether they wanted to be mine or not. I talk to my animals as if they were human. But I rarely use that baby gaga gooey voice some people do. I started training horses 14 years ago and I love to ride bareback and I especially love to ride a horse that suggests places to go and doesn't just wait to be told. I guess I like to keep them sort of wild like me. I think my animals help me to accept the fact that my children will grow up and move away and then I will be alone. I have never liked being alone as much as when I was surrounded by people who love me and yet the sheer reality of it makes me cringe and feel sorry for myself when no one else is looking. I spoil my kids and pets whenever I have the means or a chance and revel in the family moments when we feel like we have accomplished something magnificent. I try to celebrate as many things as I can because I truly believe that life should be the reflection of the love that creates all this. I was going to say created however I think it is a work in progress and still being created or at least I hope it is.
