Every 1st Saturday from 11pm - The Ookey Ook - Born bad promoters and DJ's Jon and Steph present a night of Jump Blues, Rock and Roll, Boogaloo, Ska and Classic Rock
Dress code: 50's glamour - suave sophistication. £5 entry
Every 3rd Saturday from 11pm - Classic Rock - From ACDC to ZZ Top, it does exactly what it says on the tin
Dress code: thigh high boots and air guitars. £5 entry.
Every 4th Saturday from 11pm - Snake Eyed Mamas - The new kid on the block. Real deal psychobilly, rockabilly, surf, trash and sleaze. Resident DJ's Little Rick & Mike The Spike.
Dress code: Psychobilly, Rock'n'Roll, Punk, Sleazy. £5 entry.
Every 5th Saturday from 9pm - The Brighton Rumble - The genuine article.... proper revivalist rockabilly and rock'n'roll night. The most glamouous and authentic of all Brightons rockabilly nights featuring bands from all over the world.
Dress code: dressed to kill. £8 entry.

We get asked by about 10 bands a day wanting to play at our venue. Obviously, we will never be able to put on all of those bands so to be considered for a show please send your demo, E.P. album, press pack etc to:

All CD's will be listened to and if you are considered good enough, your details will be forward to all appropriate promoters. Please be warned. There is a lot of competition for gig slots in Brighton. If you aren't known and don't bring anyone in to see you it is unlikely that you will get paid much and you will be on first. If after reading this you still want to play then do send us a CD, making sure that you give us your contact details but leave it at that. If you are going to be one of the lucky few that gets a gig, don't ruin your chances by sending annoying messages asking when you will get a slot. We are too busy to help everyone.
