Eric Blowtorch and the Welders are a vocal/instrumental quartet from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, specializing in uplifting dance music. They formed in early 2007 with bassist Dr. Bassie, now saving the South, and drummer Paul Mattox, now in Bingo Cristo. Tito Cruz plays drums on the 'Salt Water' single.

A boom-dynamite reggae instant classic outta Milwaukee with a twist of 'Black Ark', the dub version is certainly to become a "must have" for any serious soundman for it has history and takes you back all the way to the Alpha Boy's School.

I like the line from "Sidewalk Soul Connection" that goes "He breaks through the bigotry just by being kind" that is a nice line. I wish breaking down bigotry were just that simple. Also on another note I've been listening to several songs off "Flame On" in recent times from the Superpowers. All good stuff! I love how your music has stayed great over time.
