Listening for the lights in the dark. Where forests strike the desert sands, there sits a soul... eyes wide, Glaring to the desert sun. In this battle of calm, no heat no burn no blinking, the sun and soul are blind. As the instants trickle slowly out, blind to the glass cages all around, deaf to the sands that slide. Hoping when all is done; perhaps, life will come, again to set still sands in motion.
