About me: I've been in the independent film business for over the past decade and I currently have over 30 acting credits. I started out back in 1997 as a vampire/bar owner in a film called "Tainted". I waited after that movie, I waited three years to find another part and finally got it in "Rachel's Attic", my first cop role. From there, I ended up taking three years off to explore other ventures, which I call my biggest mistake. After that three year layoff, I came back to do a movie called "Falling Apart", I played the uncle to the main character in this slasher flick. I followed that movie with a bit part in a movie called "Surviving The Rush". In January of 2006, I was hired by The Skeleton Factory to work on and act in their film "They Must Eat". I play a detective looking for a bunch of missing people. At the same time, I got the pleasure of working with the SPFX and got to learn all kinds of fun and gory things. I followed that film with two short films for some student directors at MPI. One titled "The Fix" and the other titled "Subject 74" (formally "Falling"), this was a learning experience, but I got to play some different parts. A mobster and a scientist, they were great parts for me. During the time I was working on those shorts, The Skeleton Factory called me to play a dead body in their next film "The Evil Offspring". I had to do it, they taught me so much. After that film, I got a small part in a movie called "This is My Suicide Letter", I play a local cop. Shortly after that, I was hired to work on a film called "UNCUT", where I get to play a gangster. See the trailer below. Next, I went to a film called "The Rain", where I play an extra townsperson. On Feb. 6th, 2007, my scenes were filmed for a new movie called "Little Red Devil". I had some great fun working with The Skeleton Factory again. I finally had my first death scene, but you gotta see this flick to find out how I die. In early March of 2007, I went on an audition at Wayne State University, this netted me 3 student short films, "Jack In The Box", "Shooting Blanks" and "Rita". I enjoyed my time working with three different student directors, each having their own way of doing things. Each of them were great to work with. I wish them all the best. On June 1st of 2007, I filmed my next movie part for "My Brother, My Savior". I had fun with this part, I got to play a leader of a self-help group and I looked creepy as hell in make-up. On July 28th of 2007, I filmed my scenes for "Heavy Mental". Michael Buffer, eat your heart out. I had such a great time filming, the cast and crew were top notch. I do look forward to working with them again. "Stray Dogs" filmed on July 29th of 2007 and I finished my scenes. This film is going to blow your mind. On Oct. 16th of 2007, I shot scenes for The Skeleton Factory's new movie "Born Of Earth". See the trailer below. I'm still working "The 6th Extinction" as the head of make-up and SPFX for Evil Genius Entertainment. We are doing pick-up shots and hopefully be done soon for a Fall, 2008 release. On Oct. 21st of 2007, I directed a scene for "UNCUT". This was a first for me and I'm grateful for the chance to do it. On Nov. 10th & 11th of 2007, I filmed scenes for "Rodrigo's Revenge". I got the chance to work with some wonderful actress/actors. I played a Steve Wilkos type for a cable access talk show. I have finished my commitment to "MidEastMidWest". On Feb 2nd, 2008, I was filmed in my first music video. The song is titled "Bastille Day" from a local band called "UR" (Underground Resistance). I had a great time on this shoot. On April 6th, I shot scenes for a short film called, "Room 14". Finally got my chance to work with J. On May 3rd, I was in a music video directed by John Anton. It was for a band called "Helicon", the song is called "Down On Up Day" and the video was shot at on the Highwaymen M/C clubhouse grounds. Look to the right to see the video. On June 7, I filmed my part as a Probation Officer in "O.P.". I got a chance to work with some of the guys who worked on "Heavy Mental". On June 21st & 22nd, I filmed my scenes for a new webisode series called "Chipped". We have a talented group of actors working on this project. Episode One seems to be in the bag with 17 more to be shot. I like this series, I like it alot. On July 25th, I played a silent killer in a short film called "ScavAnger Hunter". Who I'd like to meet: ATTENTION, ATTENTION: I have started a special effects company called "Hooligan SPFX". On July 5th, HOOLIGAN SPFX worked on "Cold Dead Hands" making zombies. On July 19th, HOOLIGAN SPFX worked on a short film called "A Soul's Song" for the 48 HR Film Festival. On July 25th, I did the FX for a short film called "ScavAnger Hunter'. I'm currently working on three films, "The 6th Extinction", "West Bloomfield" and "The Nano Effect". So, if you're looking to add blood and gore to your film, I am available to take the job.
