When I was 14, someone from church gave me a guitar and said: "here, you should try playing this." The poetry I wrote started turning into lyrics as I learned how to play chords and sing.
Soon I enrolled in singing/songwriting competitions where I ranked 1st as a vocal soloist and songwriter for Washington state. From there I was invited to the national competitions.
By the kindness and grace of friends I started recording my songs and honed my skills in the studio. I was also given the chance to travel to Estes Park Colorado where I competed at the Gospel Music Association’s “Music in the Rockies.” The competition included amazing musicians from all over the world and I was so blessed and honored to place in the top ten as a solo artist.
I have now released 5 cds and over 40 songs and toured throughout the west coast. The song I wrote for my little sister “fourteen” has been played numerous times on Seattle’s Spirit 105.3 fm and I’m excited to get my new music out there!
I hope to bring new joy and verve to your days through my music and put a new song in your heart.

Honestly, I'm not much of a showcase musician. I'm more of a praise and worship leader, facilitating where I'm needed. Q Cafe is prety good, there's also an open mic at the Alderwood Mall every other Sunday.
aw thanks...well, I have played mostly open mics so far. Do you have anything against playing at bars? I have a friend who might be able to help us book some gigs possibly. If you want to play at a church you should look up rockharbor. org and hit somebody up there . That's a good church. I don't really have connections at churches. Vineyard church in Anaheim maybe would be a good place. If you ever come through here let me know...and or...just come to visit me. Music would be awesome.

I will be deploying in jan so fred can play mr mom for 6mo. then when i get back, i outprocess to become a civilian again. Fred is in till Oct and then we are planning on moving up to washington.
