Eric Kalver is a drummer, arranger, composer and teacher who recently graduated from the prestigious Berklee College of Music, double majoring in Contemporary Writing & Production and Performance. Throughout his Berklee career, Eric performed in many of Berklee’s concert venues, especially for the Voice Department. Eric was also selected for both the 2008 & 2009 Contemporary Writing & Production Student Concert, as well as becoming a student representative for the department for various events.
Eric has had much experience arranging for rhythm sections, vocal ensembles, big bands, orchestra, songwriters, jingles. commercial music, and theater companies. He is experienced in music directing due to his job teaching both the drumline and co-directing the jazz combo at Cranston High School East in Cranston RI. He arranged, played, and conducted ‘Seussical the Musical’ for Fantasy Works Youth Theater in Warwick, RI.
As a performer, Eric is known for his energetic charisma and professionalism within a performance setting. He is comfortable in all genres of music, which landed him a staff accompanist job for the Voice Department at Berklee College of Music. Eric has played in many venues around southern New England, especially in Boston, MA and Providence, RI. He has a vast knowledge of pop/rock songs due to his experience of working for various vocalist classes, projects, and cover gigs.

hey eric, i posted a new song on my page called "Don't Know Who"... i just wrote it this week, and was wondering if you thought it was something that the band could try out sometime down the road.
