  • Influences

    I always gravitate towards a great melody married to a rough edge. If one stuck Led Zepplin and Barry Manilow in a blender, I would buy the music that poured out. The bands that fused rock and melody together inspired me--Journey, Earth Wind & Fire, Metallica, Rolling Stones, and Elton John. But being a performer at heart, the talents of Tom Jones, Frank Sinatra, James Taylor, Elvis Presley, and Neil Diamond have always stood out for me as well. These guys were originators in the music world, and that's what we need more of in the industry today.

  • Sounds Like

    A fusion of 80's growl with a pop element of today--put David Coverdale (Whitesnake) and Nick Lachey in the blender and mix on high, and there's my "vocal smoothie."
