On the 7th July 1976 while I was a prisoner in the SA Navy Detention Quarters, better known as 'The House of Many Chimneys' for AWOL and Disobeying Lawful Instructions, I finally stopped running from the Houndog of Heaven and went down on my knees, raised my hands to heaven and asked Jesus to come into my heart. From that day on the hell bound course of my life was averted and though I sure have had a bucket loads of troubles, He has always been there to help me, for his love is constant and faithful and totally reliable. Thank you for being my friend!=)… As I am reflecting on this wonderful ,yummy day I can’t help but be so greatful for you my friend, My precious God & Savior, my dear family ,and our home….We survived the recent earthquake our home was the epicenter of it ,& this recent fire we could see the flames from our house…..Though it was hard and we lost things…they are just things and I’m greatfull that God heard our cry for mercy and no life was lost during this fire……Life is precious….I hope you have the time to hug & kiss the ones you love and are able to enjoy your Thanksgiving with hugh greatfulness in your heart….if by chance you are alone and missing your loved one , I send big love and huggs to you & pray you will have somebody to love & be loved by soon!!!
