    I love to read everything from the classics to sci-fi, watch movies and sports though I'm not big into primetime TV (except Family Guy), I'm reasonably politically aware (and devoutly liberal), I sketch (I do a bit of painting, but I'm at my best with a pad and a pencil), and I'm a computer nerd.

    Rock, though not exclusively limited to that genre.

    Star Wars, Star Trek (yes, I'm a dork), Spaceballs, Serenity (thanks Nikki), Superman 1 and 2, Stewie Griffin the untold Story, Young Frankenstein, The Godfather 1 and 2, both the Kill Bills, Animal House, and Office Space. I'm leaving a bunch off the list...

    Family Guy, 24 (thanks Jon), Firefly (thanks Nikki), LOST, Nip/Tuck, West Wing, Heroes, Studio 60, The Shield, Dolphins Football, Ohio State Football, and Miami Heat Baskeball

    George Orwell's 1984, Ayn Rand's Anthem, Pat Frank's Alas Babylon (wow, those are bleak, aren't they?), the Harry Potter series, Douglas Adam's The Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Stephen King's Desperation, Mark Twain's Mysterious Stranger, Hermann Hesse's Sidhartha and J.D. Salnger's The Catcher in the Rye. I hope the list doesn't sound too pretentious, but those are my favorite books.
