I am sooo glad that you are able to appreciate your family on Thanksgiving! My father passed on in 2001 and my mother left us in 2005 and T-day just hasn't seemed the same since. Luckily I have a new family with my partner and our roomie that keeps me from wallowing in the past. It is good to see your blog and know that you are taking care of yourself and Laurell even with a bum leg. Keep the holidays bright!
