Erik Engman's Blurbs

About me:
This is my page for my comedy/writing/acting career. I studied at Players Workshop of the Second City and the Second City Training Center in Chicago and The Groundlings, ImprovOlympic West. Chris Barnes' Comedy Dojo and the Second City Training Center in Los Angeles. I also taught with Players Workshop West here in LA. I have written and performed in two sketch comedy shows: "Welcome to Middleton" at ImprovOlympic West and "Nothing Sacred" at the Witmore-Lindley Theater in North Hollywood. I am one of the founders and director of the imrovisation troupe COMICIDAL TENDENCIES. I have written a number of screenplays and short scripts. I was in a short film WEIGHT OF THE WORD directed by Susan Lee which was a part of the 48-hour film project. I am in pre-production on a few short films.
