In the middle of the 80s, Gonzalo started smoothly his life as a musician. He participates in a range of musical projects in Bilbao. Along with Eduardo Montoya and Manuel Carmona, he forms the groups Kalean and Baska. He then begins to perform on a larger scale with the band Amas de Casa & Teddy Baxter. In 1988 he moves to Copenhagen, and actively collaborates in the musical scene in Denmark, working with several groups as a musician and composer. He was the founding member of the group MARAVILLA, later to be joined by Santiago Ibarretxe and other musicians of diverse nationalities. Since 1999, ERIKBERTON lives in Sopelana in the Basque country and combines music writing and gigs with music teaching. He is involved in several projects with local musicians, and plays regularly with the band Hakker. Erikberton also performs in the middle ages theater and music show: " Historias medievales" with BASKA and the theater ensemble T.T.R.

Participa activamente en la escena musical de Dinamarca, como musico y compositor, en diferentes grupos y formaciones. Fundador del grupo MARAVILLA, junto a Santiago Ibarretxe y otros musicos de diversas nacionalidades. Desde 1999, ERIKBERTON reside en Sopelana, (Pais vasco), y compagina las actuaciones en vivo y su actividad compositoria, con la docencia musical. Realiza diversas colaboraciones musicales y actua asiduamente con el grupo Hakker. Participa en el espectaculo de teatro y musica de inspiracion medieval, "Historias medievales" con el grupo BASKA y la compañia de teatro T.T.R.

My real name is Gonzalo, not Erik. My artist name is Erikberton.
HELLO
I am the next musician you meet at Myspace, who is trying to come out with his own music. At the same time, I feel a bit worried about this fragile planet. I don't pretend to be a prophet, but only leave a point of view, within some of my songs.
Sorry if is not good enough the sound quality for your delicate ears, but the music is recorded at my home studio.
I keep on working almost everyday, and I will try to let you know, when there is something new, or even better. I know that I have a lot of useless pictures on this page, but I put them there, so you have something to look at, while you are listening to the music, and before you run away to the next page.
About the friends on this page, most of you should be here on the top, but there is only room for 40. If you can't see yourself among them today, don't worry. I change them quite often, depending on how I feel when I get up. Just tranquilo, you could be here tomorrow.

Por si hay alguien que no entiende lo que pone arriba, o aunque lo entienda, aclaro en cuatro lineas en la lengua que me enseñaron: Soy el siguiente musiketa que te encuentras en el Myspace, con una cierta e incomoda necesidad. Las ganas de sacar de una vez al mundo exterior, estos temitas grabados en mi modesto pero pendenciero, estudio casero. Aprovecho esta oportunidad del espacio. Por el momento no me llega para comprarme una limousina con esto de la musica - lo hago por puro amor al arte - asi que te invito a ti que estas leyendo, a mandarme cualquier tipo de señales de vida, bromitas, piropos, criticas, opiniones y sugerencias. Al menos sirven para darle cierto alimento al ego - algo imprescidible para el artista. Un feedback - nada de acoples-. (Lo siento, sin HTML). Mientras pasalo bien y disfruta todo lo que puedas.
Put together the first music video for one of the songs, that being for the song "Eel Marsh House", which is based on the movie "The Woman In Black". Wasn't sure to name it that instead of 'Eel Marsh..." ...Eel Marsh House being where the woman in black 'lived', and now haunts it. Though, she seems to haunt the general area of the village as well as the House. If anyone catches her gaze, looks into her eyes....a child will die, usually from the family of the person unfortunate to look at her. As you see what happens to the story's main character at the end.

No comprendo que pretende, ni cuales son sus verdaderas motivaciones, la verdad, cada dia entiendo menos todo esto, pero aunque no me llame...siempre apoyaré a mi hijo aunque sea en una locura como esta.
