I like to take risks and I'm not afraid to put everything on the line. I've done it and won. I've done it and lost. Some call me a dreamer, some call me a genius, and some call me a lot worse (fuck them...lol). I go after what I want and often times I get it. This has put me in the spotlight and made me somewhat of a local celebrity in NY's Southern Tier. All the attention can be good for the ego but it's also a big pain the ass.

What else? ... I'm a certified instructor in two martial arts (Muay Thai and Jun Fan Gung Fu). I've won the WEKAF Eastern and National Full Contact Championships, the NYS Heavyweight Golden Gloves boxing title, and more.

I teach a Boxing and a Muay Thai class at Cornell University and I obviously fight. You can check into my fight schedule below.

I have some more irons in the fire as well but I'll let you know what's up with that when you're ready for it.

I get a lot of questions about training. Where to go, who to train with, etc. There are a lot of good quality trainers out there. On the other hand, there a lot of bad trainers too. Before you give them your money, do your homework and make sure they are legit.

In Central and Southern New York, there is no other school or training center with the teaching experience, professional competition experience, or credentials of the staff at CNY MMA. Between Tamdan and myself, we have over 20 years of mixed martial arts training and teaching experience. In addition, we have competed in almost 30 professional MMA fights in the past 2 years, including the world's biggest MMA promotion, The Ultimate Fighting Championships or UFC.
