About me: I was born and have always lived in Fair Oaks CA. I love my career which is, property management, Real Estate Investor and Loan officer. I went to ARC for 2 years and Sierra Seminars Real Estate school for more 2 years to get my Real Estate and Brokers license requirements. Also went to ISSA and NASM for my personal training certifications. I work a lot but like I said, I love what I do. I met my beautiful girl about 9 years ago. We became best friends, and have been together for the last 7 years on 12-14-09. We have a amazing daughter named Hailey Lynn. Lindsay and Hailey are my everything. I always wondered if I would even want a child and now, could not imagine life without her. I also love mountain biking, working out, kick boxing, Jui-Jitsu, sports cars and like to party with friends and family every opportunity I get. Life is great and seems to get better everyday!!!

Good luck with the building! Yeah, I have met Russ, but I never met Roy. I worked for one of the franchises in Roseville. My Broker's name was Bruce. Russ and Roy were in Rocklin, but they closed that office and moved into my old office. My broker still owns the building but he is leasing it out to Russ and Roy.
