I have performed with various musicians in Fairbanks including my sister, Willis Fireball, and Sarah Hanson. I am always looking to collaborate, whether to perform or simply to create. When we were travelling in Italy, I joined Mirah on stage in Verona to sing doo daa dum background vocals. Before I moved to Fairbanks, I occasionally played at the Living Room and Pink Mailbox houseshows where I was lucky to share the stage (or living room floor as it was) a couple times even with some folks from K records: the microphones, little wings, dear nora, the blow, mirah. I think the best compliment you can give a musician is not to say what they sound like, but to listen for what makes their sound unique, what gives the music it's own voice. So I hope you will listen for how I sound like myself.

Hey Erin. Things are going well here. I am getting settled in. I am starting to get used to Venezuela and my Spanish is improving. Jake is in El Paso now, until March. :-( If you guys head that direction, or go somewhere in New Mexico, you should email him! I know he would love a visit. I hope everything is good for you.
