This fall I am going to be attending Maharishi University of Management (mum.edu) in Fairfield, Iowa, working on my MBA with an emphasis on Sustainability.
I am a Truth seeker.
I am grateful for my life and all life. I am grateful for my human family. I am grateful for the four-leggeds, the winged ones, the plant people, and the rock people. And for our beautiful Mother Earth who pulls us to her body in each moment of our lives through a force we call gravity.
I am enjoying each step on this beautiful path called life and my purpose on this Earth becomes clearer everyday. I lay down my life on the sacred altar and surrender my life to Spirit in service to the Highest Good of All.
I facilitate healing through Music, Storytelling, Yoga, Poetry, Photography, and Love. My deepest desire is to realize God and directly experience Oneness with the Universe. My Path is Divine Truth, Joy, Love, Peace, and Light.
I am a web weaver and a storyteller. I love to network and connect people, weaving the web of humanity with their tales as the thread.
At one point I thought that the best way to help people heal was to become an MD, so I completed a pre-medical program of study in college. I began to awaken from a deep Midwestern sleep while I studied abroad for a year in Madrid, Spain during college. I realized there are better ways for me to facilitate healing.
I completed my college degree, becoming fluent in Spanish in the process, and returned to the US where I experienced extreme culture shock, having expanded my consciousness to realize the truth of the role of the U.S. in the world.
So I bought a plane ticket and a backpack and I went on a 4-month solo backpacking adventure through Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Panama. A beautiful journey, within and without, as I discovered the sea of truth within my very own heart!
Then back to the US for another round of culture shock. “Where could I go where people were more conscious,” I asked myself? So I drove from Minneapolis to the East Coast to visit friends, and decided to move to New York City. I drove back to Minneapolis, loaded up my possessions in a U-Haul, and moved to "The City."
Shortly after arriving, my path led me to the Dharma Yoga Center, where I found my beloved teacher Dharma Mittra--a patient, humble, pure-hearted yogi who has been teaching yoga in New York City for over forty years. At the Dharma Yoga Center I also found an important part of my spiritual family, and powerful, ancient teachings that transformed my life in a profoundly beautiful way.
Dharma encouraged us to "eat raw" which led me to Jubb's Longevity, where I learned about health and nutrition and underwent another amazing transformation by eating primarily raw vegan organic fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. This diet became unsustainable for me, but I do appreciate its high intentions. And I appreciate the cleansing of my body and social conditioning that it facilitated.
In December I left my beloved home in the East Village of Manhattan to live in my beautiful hometown on Lake Michigan called Sheboygan for awhile. It's very sacred land, with the healing waters of Lake Michigan lapping at the shore and the woodland faeries dancing in the forests. I enjoyed spending some beautiful days with my family there, especially my dear 87-year-old Grandma Elly.
After this I spent time in Socorro, New Mexico, starting out substitute teaching, and then teaching Spanish to K through 8. I enjoyed the vastness of the desert and endless blue skies, the warm cheerful sunshine and people, and the magnificent and oh so humbling mountains and canyons.
And I pray for guidance in each step that I take on my path…
I'm excited to announce the release of my Enchanted Garden CD
a guided meditation with music by Joanne and Leah Shenandoah!
It makes a great Holiday Gift!
I recently channeled
'Magdalene's Message on Love' in Glastonbury
England. Glastonbury is believed to be one of the places Magdalene
traveled with her message of love following her beloved's ascension.
Magdalene has chosen this Message to be the unveiling of her message.
She is ready
to teach the masses and the masses are ready to hear her messages of
true unconditional love. Mary has
inspired the goal of having 10,000 people listen to this message before
2010. On the first day 106 people listened. Lets keep the movement
flowing.
Please
take a moment
to listen to this powerful message of love from Magdalene and Isis~
Free on the Seeds of Love Podcast which you can find on my profile page.
If
it resonates with your heart send the link onto others.
Please help us in this mission by forwarding the links
to as many people as possible.. share them on your networking pages and
simply put the intention out that Magdalene's request will be fulfilled
and the hearts of the people will open in preparation for her messages.
THE TIME IS NOW
I OFFICIALLY OWN YOU! TODAY IS CLAIM A SEXY FRIEND DAY! SEND THIS TO ALL THE PEOPLE YOU THINK ARE SEXY, INCLUDING ME! GET 3 BACK; YOU'RE ALRIGHT.. 5 BACK; YOU'RE HOT.. 7 BACK; YOU'RE DAMN SEXY!!
Happy Easter.... Happy Spring.... A time of "Death & Rebirth".... Cosmic Spring Cleaning...
Pluto turned retrograde in Capricorn on April 4, signaling in a time of destruction and rebuilding, rejuvenation and regeneration. It is a time for fresh starts and dead ends. The things that we hang onto the tightest can suddenly be taken away. We may be forced to reevaluate the things we cherish most.
During a Pluto retrograde period, we will feel pressured to eliminate and release the old, outworn, outdated and obsolete in our lives. We will be urged to let go of attitudes, thinking or communication patterns, security drives, and rigid emotions that no longer serve us. This is an excellent time to undergo an internal form of house cleaning, and look into ourselves to determine exactly what we do and do not need.
Pluto retrograde imparts an intense power for investigation, so we should use this time to assess what reoccurring patterns in our lives make us feel out of control, where and why do we continually give our power away, and under what circumstances do we react so defensively that we elicit attacks from others. Pluto retrograde marks a time wherein we should seek to gain greater control over our lives.
Are we ready to surrender and release what no longer serves us? Blessings & Love, Muktaali Devi
