I want to add a little light and a little humor. Sometimes I write, sometimes well. I like to make things and give things, and I don't require much from anyone beyond honesty and kindness (sounds easy, but you'd be surprised). I believe that this is all going to work out somehow, and it's my responsibility (and everyone's) to push it in the right direction from every angle I can. I believe that there are moments in life in which a person needs to employ a rubber chicken. I'll get back to you (proverbial) when I think of something more insightful to say.
Whenever I am feeling down and out and I just want to crawl into bed and eat myself to death like a cow, I listen to this song, and all is well again in my world!
Who I'd like to meet: Kind, tolerant people, people who work hard to make life worth while, people who make life better for other people, people with a sense of humor and a sense of justice, Cleopatra, the Karmapa, the Dalai Lama, Ernest Holmes, Jane Austen, Virginia Woolf, H.D., Charlie Brown & Linus Van Pelt, Hamlet, myself . . .
how are you doing???? We miss you OODLES at the press. Methinks you are busy settling in, so I will wait a bit before I harass you. I hope all's well. And Home Sweet Home.
Really? That's cool! I'm not leaving for grad school for about year; I haven't even taken the GRE yet, so currently there are only schools I WANT to get into. We should get together sometime though. I have no clue what my schedule will be like yet, but I'll let you know when I know.
I hope the wedding went well, the moving was good, and the drive down was lovely. I'm too tired to think right now, but I wanted to send warm wishes while I had a computer infront of my face and not a dry mount press...
Thanks, I redid my profile last month. I'm glad I got some Erin time too! Hopefully we're sitting together at Julie's wedding, so we can get in more time!
This should probably be taped to your bathroom mirror where you could read it everyday. You may not realize it, but it's 100% true.
1. There are at least two people in this world that you would die for.
2. At least 15 people in this world that love you in some way.
3. The only reason anyone would ever hate you is because they want to be just like you.
4. A smile from you can bring happiness to anyone, even if they don't like you.
5. Every night, SOMEONE thinks about you before they go to sleep. 6. You mean the world to someone.
7. You are special and unique.
8. Someone that you don't even know exists loves you.
9. When you make the biggest mistake ever, something good comes from it.
10.When you think the world has turned its back on you take another look.
11. Always remember the compliments you received. Forget about the rude remarks. Always remember....when life hands you Lemons, ask for tequila and salt and call me over!
Good friends are like stars........
You don't always see them, But you know they are always there.
I would rather have one rose and a kind word from a friend while I'm here than a whole truck load when I'm gone.
RETURN TO SENDER
Forward to all your friends, including me!!
And don't tell me you're too busy for this. Don't you know the phrase "stop and smell the flowers?"

Hihi! It was good seeing you at the reception! I'm sorry I didn't really get to talk to you, but I hope you enjoyed the show.
