About me:

Looks like I'll be moving back up to Minnesota after all, and I'm looking forward to it. I have a wonderful daughter there whom I miss very much much and is turning into a beautiful young woman right before my eyes. Well, I say that but I can't see her when I want, and that bites. Done some soul-searching and it's time to re-align my priorities to the worthwhile and away from the selfish. Recently quit drinking and doing other bad things, so if you're all about that it's your business, but don't expect me to partake because that just isn't my bag any more. I'm 36 years old and I still want real people in my life --- the difference is that I've finally woken up to the fact that going out and finding them is half of the accomplishment. Gonna miss Texas, but there's always summer vacation.

The love of my life, she's out there but she'll never find me if I spend all of my time rutting it up at home. 'Nuff said!

    I don't suffer angry or selfish people, and if I meet them I just pass on by.

    Tool is my band. Beyond that, I like everything from Blues to Punk to Metal and beyond. Still not a big Emo fan, but working on tolerance and acceptance of others' views and music.

    Just about anything Anime. Science Fiction and Action movies as well! However, I don't tend to like re-imaginings or re-tellings of old stories. Why waste time rewriting something when you have the alternative to elaborate on and re-invigorate what's already there?
