Heroes
For "Heroes" I was going to put nothing but I got to thinking that I do have a hero and that person is my Mom. One day my Mom and I was going through some old photos and I saw how far we came from what little we had. She had me when she was 18 and times were harsh but she kept her pride and accepted no handouts. She made it on her own drive. I hope I make her proud.

Right now I'm on a healthy food kick where I try not to eat/drink any red meat, fried foods, candy (exclude dark chocolate), sodas, juice drinks with lots of sugar in them and foods with margarine, hydrogenated oils, aspartame, saccharine, dairy in them.
