ERMITAÑOS begins in the half of 1999 on Avellaneda, on the south of Buenos Aires (ARGENTINA). They played on many places like: Obras Sanitarias Stadium, Cemento, Die Schule, Hendrix, Verdi Teathre, El Pasillo, Club Mitre, Roma Teathre, Ozono3, Fun House, La Jaula, El Anexo, El Borde, Club X, El Galpon, Sector 7G, Palaa Skate Park, Crimson, CBGB, Remember Pub, And many others.
Cheering stages with Bands like: El Otro Yo, Arbol, Carajo, 2 Minutos, Cabezones, Actitud Maria Marta, Nativo, Raiz, Cadena Perpetua, Demonios De Tasmania, Eterna Inocencia, Satan Dealers, D-Mente, She Devils, Superuva, 9 Milimetros, Insane?, etc. Trying to extend their music to everyone.

The lyrics are about fantastic histories, mixed with reality, unleashing the most bizarre, crazy and savage of each one.
Influences.
There..s no a unique musical influence in the band, but everything that pass throug their ears. Like: Dead Kennedys, Bad Brains, Suicidal Tendencies, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Kiss, Todos Tus Muertos, Los Brujos, and many more.
Cronology
In the earlies 2000 they record their first 4 tracks Demo "100% Psychotics, Bizarres, Extremes". In 2001 they add it 4 more tracks. and they distribute it like a indie production (recording, production, mix, and the art design was made by theirselves).
In March/April of 2002 they record a single "Super 8 / Campo Canibal, produced by Fabio Rey (Formerly Los Brujos, Adicta). In june are chosen "Band of the month" in "DAY TRIPPER" (Radio program, of Juan Di Natale, on FM Rock And Pop.
In July they played on the "LOS BRUJOS Tribute" on El Borde. In August played in "ROCK IN OBRAS" with Arbol, Nativo and Horcas (Argentinian Rock bands). In September the song "Super 8" was chosen "Local Hit" on "Zero a la Izquierda" (Local Radio Show on FM Rock And Pop).
In March of 2003 starts the pre-production of their first CD "Incendio Mental".
In April/May they recorded 10 songs for "Incendio Mental" edited by theyrselves.
In June of 2004 they played on FM Patricios (on "Mundo Rock", radio show).
In October, they were selected between more than three hundred Argentinian bands, and they came to the semi-finals on the "Aguante Bs As" contest (Organized by the "musical direction department of city of Buenos Aires"). Challenging against otrher nineteen bands, for a place on the "Quilmes Rock 2004" Fest. On the "Ferrocarril Oeste" stadium
In November, they were selected again (with the "incendio Mental / Tunel Del Tiempo" single) like "Demo of the Week" on the "DAY TRIPPER" Radio Show. And finally they get a place between the "20 of the under"
In 2005 they played in the "Avella-Rock 1, 2 and 3" events, organized by the "Avellaneda Goverment".
In 2006 they Edited the first music video of "Incendio Mental". The chosed song was "COLECCIONISTA" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PI4ywUVYr1s). And starts to compose new songs.
Actually they..re finishing the last details of their new cd, upcoming in 2009.
